Vicky Hamm, GRI

Vicky Hamm, unlike most of us, has been a local resident since 1969.  Originally from Greece, she came to this country in 1969 with an accounting degree in hand.  She went on to become a graduate of Realtors Institute, specializing in residential sales and REO properties.

Vicky is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and a member of the Pinellas Realtors Organization.  She served in the past as MLS committee member, directing the weekly MLS meetings.  She managed a 15 unit commercial property for a period of ten years and she has been a multimillion dollar producer.  She is currently president of the Board of Directors of her condo association.

Her vast knowledge and experience in Real Estate has been an asset to the Ameri-Tech office.  She joined the staff in 2007 as a staff accountant and manages the accounting for about 20 communities.
