Michael G Perez is Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker (since 1985); Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor (since 1985); Licensed Florida Mortgage Broker (since 1986); Licensed Florida Community Association Manager (since 1985). He is a business Management Professional with over twenty 20 years of diversified experience as an entrepreneur. He has developed a broad base of experience that has enabled him to produce highly effective strategies for forecasting advertising objectives. Executing effective sales & marketing programs has allowed him to negotiate business agreements, real estate contracts and partnerships that bring immediate and positive results to his clients. Originally from Michigan, Karen worked for the civil court in Landlord tenant filings for five years, which lead to a position in apartment management in 1980.  Moving to Florida in 1982, she obtained her Florida Real estate license in 1984. A fifteen year successful career in Real Estate sales brought her to Ameri-Tech Realty.  She was recruited to work in the accounting department in 2004 and became a principal 2007. Karen serves as CFO of Ameri-Tech Companies.

Jim has lived in Florida since 1970, he became licensed as a real estate sales person in 1979, a licensed Real Estate broker in 1981, a licensed Real Estate Instructor in 2001 and a licensed Community Association Manager in 2009.

He received his Masters degree in Management from Troy State University. He holds Distinguished Toastmaster Certificate #3176. Jim is also a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute.

Vicky has been a local resident since 1969 and a Real Estate Professional since 1981. She has a degree in accounting and is a Graduate of Realtors Institute.

Vicky specializes in residential sales and REO properties. She was a manager for a 15-unit commercial property for 10 years and she has been a multi-million dollar producer. 

She has two sons: One is a teacher in a local school and the other an engineer for Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati.  She has three grandchildren and enjoys being with family and friends. Being of Greek heritage, she speaks fluent Greek.

Victor and his wife Marge moved from Kansas to the sunny state of Florida in 2006.  They have two beautiful daughters one living in Chicago and the other in the Detroit area.  Victor became a licensed real estate agent upon moving to Florida.   He enjoys meeting new people and helping them find a place they can call home.
